Dyan has over 19 years in the Coffee Business, from Farmers Markets,
Event Concessions, Cafes, Restaurants, Catering,
Coffee House Startup, Renovation, Building and Design,
Supplier Sourcing, Gourmet Food Gift Packaging, Mobile Cart Manufacturing,
Retail and Wholesale Coffee Roasting, to Roaster Sales and Training.

Certificate Program - 6 hours - $120.
*Level 1 is required to take Level 2
 
Participants receive:
Barista Manual, Hands on Training, All Supplies & Barista Certificate, and Lunch

Level 1 includes:
  • Understanding the growing, roasting, blending and history of coffee
  • The operation of a commercial 1 group, 2 group espresso machine
  • How to operate and adjust the grinder, tamping & extracting espresso
  • Perfecting temperature and milk texture, steaming wand & foaming
  • Preparing - Espresso, Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha, Macchiato, Chai Lattes, Matcha, Iced Coffees, Frappuccinos, Italian Sodas
  • Specialty Coffee Ordering, Customer Service & Food Safety Techniques
  • Cleaning and equipment maintenance

Courses are available on site at the Coffee School in Royston, Comox Valley 
 We can also come to your business or organization for team and group training
Trainers are Mobile, Hands On Experienced in their industry and have the capabilities to travel and set up at any location on
Vancouver Island/Lower Mainland
